My Mercury motor had been running rough since last fall and 2 different shops had tried to find the problem but never did. I told them the same thing I told your employees. Your employees actually listened to me and ran the boat to find the problem!! I know it was a fairly easy fix but my point is they paid attention to what I was saying what it was doing at what RPM. Everyone was friendly and I just want to say thank you again for the great customer service!!! Jeff Young
